Power and Duties of the Bureau

1.Supervises the enforcement authority; Coordinates.

2.On the basis of the national security and peace policy, The bureau designs a city-wide policy that takes into account the actual situation of the city's governance and security; Develops a strategy, It creates law, When it is approved, it monitors its implementation and  confirms.

3.It works as the chief security advisor of the city administration in security matters. Takes appropriate immediate action on issues that threaten security and peace; When it is necessary, takes corrective action or causes it to be taken, either by it self or in coordination with the relevant party;

4.Identifies causes of conflict through research, prevents conflict from occurring; When it happens, it is solved using traditional and modern conflict resolution methods.

5.It works in cooperation with relevant federal and city government bodies, religious institutions and other relevant bodies to ensure peace and respect among the followers of various religions and sects in the city and to prevent conflict.

6.Makes working relationships with relevant federal, state, city administration and other bodies regarding conflict prevention, management and resolution, resident safety, peace and security issues; Resolves problems individually or collectively as appropriate;

7.It monitors and controls the observance of law and order and the preservation of peace and security of the society.

8.protect the residents and other relevant  parties by tracking down individuals, groups and organizations that work to subvert the constitutional system by force and covertly harm the interests of the residents and the government; controls;
